Duties (Homeroom Teachers)

1. Be responsible for the holistic development and inclusion of each child to ensure their well being

2. Teach assigned subjects of the curriculum

3. Plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons that cater not just to the whole class, but also to students with diverse abilities

4. Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment

5. Motivate students with enthusiastic and creative class activities

6. Monitor student behavior as well as advise and encourage observance of School Code.

7. Record, evaluate, and report student learning outcomes to further facilitate student development

8. Provide credible feedback to students, parents, and colleagues on student progress and maintain a positive professional relationship with the parents

9. Undertake or participate in school events, activities and other assignments when required

10. Work collaboratively with others to plan and coordinate work

Duties (ESL Teachers)

1. Implement apt instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment to improve students’ listening, speaking, reading, writing, viewing, and presenting skills, and promote multicultural awareness.

2. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons and activities from approved course outlines and group planning sessions

3. Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning climate

4. Use a variety of assessment approaches and processes to improve student learning.

5. Provide credible feedback to students, parents, and colleagues on student progress and maintain a positive professional relationship with the parents

6. Assist in an English language training program for teachers

7. Undertake or participate in school events, activities and other assignments when required

8. Work collaboratively with others to plan and coordinate work.

Duties (Subject Teachers)

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons and activities from approved course outlines and group planning sessions

2. Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning climate that motivates students to learn

3. Use approaches that are appropriate to student needs and interests which also cater to individual differences

4. Use a variety of assessment approaches and processes to improve student learning

5. Provide credible feedback to students, parents and colleagues on student progress and maintain a positive professional relationship with the parents

6. Participate and assist in programs that promote the school curriculum, development, and implementation

7. Undertake or participate in school events, activities, and other assignments when required

8. Work collaboratively with others to plan and coordinate work.

Salary Range (RMB, Annual, Before Tax)

Homeroom: 18w-23w

ESL: 16w-21w

 (Specific salary depends on individual academic background, professional

qualification and related teaching working experience)

Qualifications Required

At least Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years’ teaching working experience

Main Allowances: If the first contract is completed successfully, for the second

contract, the annual income will be increased by 10,000RMB and

there will be monthly salary for summer holidays; otherwise, no

income for summer holidays; for traffic fees 10,000RMB every

year;

Contract: generally one-year term contract each time;

Housing: we provide 2,000RMB allowance for house renting, and foreign teachers

can decide their accommodation selection according to their needs;

Visa and Work Permit Application: we provide assistance, help and direction with

visa and work permit application;
