Job type: outsourcing teachers to partner schools within Shanghai
Contract valid date: August 1, 2018
Salary: RMB 20-25k/month before tax
Business hour: Mon-Fri. 9:00-18:00?12:00-13:00, lunch break?
No more than 25 teaching hours per week
Students’ age: primary schools/middle schools/high schools
Class Size: 25-40 kids/class

Job description:
School version curriculum development, including textbooks, student workbooks, class handouts, PPT, etc.
Teaching related work, such as setting assessment standards, making teaching plan, lesson plan, homework assignments and in-time feedback, writing progressive and semester reports and students’ comments.
Regular dept. meeting attendance.
Marketing promotion assistance.
Other duties upon the request of the dept. leader(s).
Requirements:
BA degree or above, Education, English, humanities, social science, STEM majored
At least 3-year relevant teaching experiences
Native speakers and Chinese working visa holders are preferred
Having TEFL/TKT/TESOL Certificate
Understanding the Chinese culture and identifying with Elite’s culture and values
The ability of teaching Chinese students and delivering effective class disciplines
Good communication skills with students, colleagues and leaders
Cooperative, accommodating, flexible, respectful and self-motivated
